Dr. Tara A. Birkett-Bramble is a devoted people person who loves being in the crossfire of God’s love for others. She is passionate about serving people and helping them navigate life’s challenges, believing that God works through the complexities of human nature to bring about healing, growth, and the revelation of His love and purpose in our lives.

With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance Graduate School of Counseling, Dr. Tara has dedicated over 20 years to professional counseling, assisting individuals, families, adolescents, and couples in understanding and addressing the irrational mindsets and beliefs that hinder their mental well-being.

Recognizing the broader need for leadership within church communities, she pursued a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. As the founder of Ecclesial Solutions, Dr. Birkett-Bramble leads a dedicated team of strategists who work collaboratively to empower church organizations, leaders, and clergy families to realize their God-given potential. Ecclesial Solutions offers organizational assessments, consulting, leadership training, developmental workshops, and 1:1 coaching designed to remove obstacles that hinder developmental and spiritual growth while providing a nurturing pathway for improvement in alignment with God’s intentions.

Dr. Birkett-Bramble firmly believes that God saves, heals, and delivers us; reveals Himself through us; and calls us to a unique purpose embedded in our DNA even before we are conceived. Through her practice, she and her team aim to support individuals across all stages of life and within various settings, helping them navigate their journey of growth and uncover their unique purpose.
